Penyuluhan Hukum tentang Sistem Pemerintahan dan Kewajiban Negara dalam Pelayanan Kesehatan: Studi Perbandingan Indonesia–Malaysia untuk Mahasiswa Faculty Syariah dan Undang-Undang University Sains Islamic Malaysia

Abstract

This community service initiative is designed to provide legal counselling to students at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM). It focuses on the differences in government systems between Indonesia and Malaysia, as well as the responsibilities of the state in delivering health services to its citizens.
The primary objective of this activity is to enhance the comparative understanding of law students concerning state systems and citizens' rights to public services, particularly in healthcare. The methods utilised in this initiative include interactive lectures, group discussions, and normative comparative studies.
The outcomes of the activity indicate that students were enthusiastic and displayed a clear comprehension of the fundamental distinctions between the Indonesian presidential system and the Malaysian parliamentary system. Additionally, they acknowledged the state's vital role in ensuring access to health services for all citizens.
Moreover, this initiative strengthens academic ties between the two countries and lays the groundwork for broader legal collaboration in the future.
