Established in 2024, Yayasan Pendidikan Kardin Assidiq holds a legal establishment license issued by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (MENKUMHAM RI) under No: AHU-0010674.AH.01.04.Year 2024. Its establishment is further formalized through Notarial Deed No. 01, dated July 2024, by Indah Puspita Rini, SH., M.Kn.
In June 2025, the first issue of Prima sakti: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat was officially published, establishing a dedicated platform for lecturers, researchers, and practitioners to disseminate impactful community service initiatives within the fields of Nursing, Midwifery, and Public Health.
