Open Access Policy

NPJN provides immediate open access to its content, rooted in the belief that free research access promotes a more extensive global knowledge exchange. All content is available to users and their institutions at no cost. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the journal's articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without requiring permission from either the publisher or the author. This approach perfectly aligns with the definition of open access established by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

Archiving
For robust digital preservation, Nurse Point: Journal of Nursing relies on the LOCKSS system. This establishes a distributed archiving network across global participating libraries, guaranteeing that all published articles remain permanently archived, secure, and fully restorable.
